T-Shirt Tent

installation artist, sound designer

For this sound installation, I turned the experience of bodily presence into a physical, inhabitable space.

To create an intimate experience for visitors, I made a tent of white T-shirts meant to evoke the human form while also offering a nostalgic and surreal sanctuary.

Inside, a speaker played a soundscape of intertwined heartbeats and breath patterns.

The experience reimagines the human body as a space — of being, dwelling, and experiencing — inviting participants to reflect on their relationship with their own physicality and the basic rhythms of existence.

Bathroom Garden

installation artist, sound designer

I created this multi-sensory experience that transformed a bathroom into a nature retreat through sound, light, texture, and scent.

The installation was centered around a soundscape of a rainy garden. I took advantage of the bathroom's natural reverberance with a ceiling-mounted speaker, causing the soundscape to cascade and envelop visitors in a three-dimensional environment.

A rotating green light created ever-shifting dappled patterns reminiscent of sunlight filtering through leaves and the space was filled with flora and fauna which released subtle natural aromas. A grass-textured rug also created a physical boundary that enhanced the experience.

The result was a momentary escape that reminds us of the power of our environments over our physical and mental wellbeing.

Oskar Fishinger

sound designer

While a student at USC, I made this sonic world for an animated piece from The Centre for Visual Arts, using my voice as the primary instrument to build an entire soundscape.

Through recording, layering, and transformation in Pro Tools, I shaped vocal elements into a variety of textures and tones.

The whimsical, voice-built world creates a unique connection with audiences due to the personal nature of these sounds.
